7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We offer replacement only (not refunds) for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be completely unused and unworn in original, resalable condition
- The product must be in its original unopened packaging with all seals intact
- All original accessories, documentation, and packaging materials must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation from your Shopify account) is required
- The item must show zero signs of use, testing, handling, or modification
- Original manufacturer's seals, protective films, and shrink-wrap must be completely intact
Items that show any signs of opening, testing, installation, or use are NOT eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement (Online Process)
All replacements are managed directly through your Shopify store:
- Log into your Shopify account
- Go to "Order History" and find the order with the item you want to replace
- Click "Return" or "Request Return" on the order (within 7 days of delivery)
- Select the product and reason for return

What Happens Next
Once you submit your return request:
- Our team reviews it within 1-2 business days

- You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
- Clear return instructions will be provided
- You'll receive instructions on how to ship the item back
If denied:
- We'll explain why the item doesn't meet our replacement criteria
- No further action will be taken
Important: Pre-Approval Required Before Shipping
Items shipped without prior approval and written confirmation from us will NOT be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense.

Manufacturing Defects (Within 30 Days of Delivery)
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (not due to misuse or handling), you must report it within 30 days of delivery:

What is NOT Covered - Non-Eligible Items
Replacements are NOT provided for:

❌ Water/liquid damage of any kind
❌ Products damaged by external factors (power surge, force majeure)
Limited Manufacturer Warranty (6 Months)
As an authorized distributor of Dareu products, we facilitate warranty claims for manufacturing defects only, limited to 6 months from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Covers
The 6-month manufacturer warranty covers only:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Hardware malfunctions due to manufacturing (not use)
- Defects present at the time of manufacture
Examples of covered issues:
- Button not responding (manufacturing defect)
- Sensor not working (manufacturing issue)
- Connectivity failure (manufacturing defect)
- Structural failure (defective material/workmanship)
What This Warranty DOES NOT Cover
❌ Physical damage (drops, falls, impacts, cracks)
❌ Liquid/water damage (spills, rain, moisture exposure)
❌ Wear and tear (normal degradation from use)
❌ Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, color fading)
❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
❌ Misuse or improper handling
❌ Incompatibility issues (wrong product for your setup)
❌ Performance issues from software (drivers, OS issues)
❌ Accidental damage (user error, improper installation)
❌ Damage from power surge or electrical issues
❌ Environmental damage (extreme heat, cold, humidity)
❌ Loss or theft of the product
❌ Accessories (cables, batteries, protective items)
❌ Issues beyond 6 months from purchase date

Limitation of Liability
Tekits Innovations is a distributor, not the manufacturer. We are NOT responsible for:
- Manufacturing defects in the product itself
- Design flaws in the product
- Quality issues beyond our control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, business interruption, or any other indirect damages
Manufacturer Responsibility
- Dareu is the actual manufacturer of all Dareu products
- Dareu bears ultimate responsibility for product quality and design
- Our warranty claims are facilitated to the manufacturer on your behalf
- Dareu's limited warranty (manufacturing defects only) is the primary warranty
What We Do NOT Guarantee
❌ Product performance – We don't guarantee the product will meet your specific needs
❌ Compatibility – We don't guarantee compatibility with your devices or setup
❌ Durability – We don't guarantee the product won't fail from normal use
❌ Satisfaction – Once 7 days has passed, we don't guarantee satisfaction
❌ Extended warranty – All claims beyond 6 months are the customer's responsibility
Consumer Protection Act 2019
This policy does NOT limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe there's a defect or product liability issue, you may:

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund instead of replacement?
No. We only offer replacements for eligible items. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances within this policy.
What if I open the item to test it and then want to return it?
No. Once opened, the item is no longer eligible for replacement under the 7-day policy. If you discover a manufacturing defect while testing, you have 30 days to report it.
Can I return items after 7 days if unopened?
No. The 7-day window is firm. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unopened.
What if the manufacturer warranty is longer than 6 months?
Our policy offers 6-month warranty as a distributor. The original manufacturer's warranty terms apply to the product itself. We facilitate claims within our 6-month window.
Can I claim warranty after 6 months?
No. Our warranty is strictly limited to 6 months from purchase. After 6 months, no claims are accepted under this policy. You may contact Dareu directly if you believe there's a manufacturing defect.
What if the item breaks from normal use after 6 months?
No coverage. After 6 months, all defects are considered normal wear and tear or user responsibility. We do not provide replacements or refunds.
Can I return an item purchased as a gift?
Only if you have the original order confirmation. We can only process returns for the person who made the purchase (original Shopify account holder).
What if I lost my shipping label?
Contact us immediately. We'll resend the label or provide instructions for obtaining a new one. Items must be shipped with a tracked courier service.
Can I exchange for a different product instead of getting the same item replaced?
No. Replacements are for the exact same product. If you want a different item, you'll need to make a new purchase.
