All desktop software is Windows-only unless noted. Basic plug-and-play movement works on macOS and Linux without any driver.

Warranty & Replacement

Every product sold by Tekits comes with manufacturer warranty handled directly by us in India — no need to contact overseas support or ship internationally.

What’s NOT covered

Physical damage, water damage, unauthorised disassembly, and normal wear and tear — including cable fraying, foot pad wear, and scroll wheel grime. If you’re unsure, send us photos and we’ll tell you honestly whether your case qualifies before asking you to ship anything.

How to Claim Warranty

Contact us within the warranty period.
Email contact@tekits.com or WhatsApp +91 90371 11664 with your order number, the issue, and 1–2 photos or a short video.
We troubleshoot first.
Many issues — driver conflicts, USB port problems, low battery — can be resolved in a few messages. We’ll always try this before asking for the unit back.
If it is a confirmed manufacturing defect, we raise a replacement.
We will confirm a shipping address with you. You send the unit to our office.
Replacement dispatched within 7 working days of us receiving and verifying the unit.

7-Day Return Window

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these genuine products?

Yes. Tekits Innovations Private Limited is the authorised distributor for India. Every product is sourced directly from the manufacturer — not grey-market imports.

The driver software won’t install or open. What do I do?

Right-click the installer → Properties → tick Unblock → run as Administrator. If you have antivirus software, temporarily disable it during installation. Send us a screenshot of the error if it still doesn’t work.

My mouse suddenly stopped working. Help?

Try these steps in order: (1) Try a different USB port — USB 2.0 directly on the motherboard, not through a hub. (2) For wireless models: re-pair the dongle and check the battery charge. (3) Test on another computer to isolate whether it’s the mouse or the system. (4) Reinstall the driver. If none of these work, contact us with your order number.

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping across India. Delivery usually takes 4–10 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available across India.
