"Rate Us. Shape Us." — Official Rules & Eligibility

This page governs the "Rate Us. Shape Us." community feedback program (the "Program") run at tekits.com/pages/help-shape-tekits. By entering, you agree to these rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

1. Sponsor

Tekits Innovations Private Limited, Kochi, Kerala, India ("TEKITS"), an authorized DAREU distributor. Contact: contact@tekits.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TEKITS and their immediate family members are not eligible.

You may submit the survey more than once. If you do, only your most recent submission (matched by email or Instagram handle) is kept and considered — earlier submissions from the same person are replaced, not counted separately.

3. Entry Period

The Program runs on an ongoing basis. There is no fixed closing date published to entrants — TEKITS will close entries at its discretion once it has gathered a clear, complete picture of community feedback, and may do so at any time without prior notice. This page will be updated to reflect the current status of the Program.

4. How to Enter

Following @tekits is verified by TEKITS before any prize is awarded. Entries found not following @tekits at the time of verification are disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

Winners are selected by TEKITS based on the following published, objective criteria — not by random draw:

  • Responses to the "what would you fix or improve" question under 15 words are not eligible for any prize, including the weekly DAREU LM103 draw.
  • Duplicate or copy-pasted responses across entries are disqualified.
  • Only one entry per person is considered — see the entry policy under Eligibility for how repeat submissions are handled.
  • Among eligible entries, TEKITS ranks entries by the completeness, originality, and usefulness of the feedback provided — the highest-ranked entry receives 1st Prize and the next-highest receives 2nd Prize.

TEKITS' decision on rankings and winners is final.

6. Prizes

1st Prize (awarded once, when entries close): 1 × DAREU A950 Pro Magnesium.

2nd Prize (awarded once, when entries close): 1 × DAREU A950GM.

Weekly prize: 5 × DAREU LM103, awarded every week for as long as the Program runs. An entrant who has already won the weekly prize once is not eligible to win it again in a later week, but remains eligible for 1st Prize and 2nd Prize.

All prizes are subject to product availability at the time winners are confirmed. If a listed model is unavailable, TEKITS will substitute an item of equal or greater value. Prizes have no cash alternative and are non-transferable.

7. Announcement

Weekly LM103 winners are notified individually by email or Instagram message approximately once a week while the Program is running, rather than announced publicly. 1st Prize and 2nd Prize winners are announced once entries close. All winners are contacted using the email or Instagram handle provided at entry. No specific announcement dates are published in advance.

8. Data Use

TEKITS collects your email and Instagram handle to run this Program, contact you if you win, and — only if you opted in — invite you to future product testing. This data is not sold or used for any other purpose. Responses are retained for as long as the Program is running, plus 12 months after winners are announced, unless you're on the Product Testing Panel list. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing contact@tekits.com, except where TEKITS still needs a winner's contact details to fulfil a prize. This Program is also governed by TEKITS' general Privacy Policy.
